Deposits
The hotel requires a credit card guarantee equal to the first night’s stay as a deposit. A valid credit card and expiration date should be provided with your room request. Your credit card may be charged for your first night’s stay (including taxes) approximately one week prior to arrival. Hotel may cancel room reservations without notification if one night’s deposit is not received prior to your scheduled arrival.

All reservations made online will require a valid credit card number and expiration date to guarantee your reservation. Make reservations online at the ICE Housing Bureau, Experient.
Note About Calling to Confirm Reservations
Please refrain from calling the hotel to confirm your reservations until after 16 August. Please understand that processing your reservations through the Housing Bureau into the hotel system will not occur until that date. Be assured that if you have received a confirmation number from the Housing Bureau, the hotel will honor your booking. Thank you for your consideration.
Multiple Room Requests
You may reserve up to five rooms online with individual names. One credit card or individual credit cards may be used.
Suite Requests
Please contact the Housing Bureau at [email protected] to request a suite. We suggest you also reserve a standard hotel room in the event suites are unavailable. You may cancel this reservation by contacting the Housing Bureau once you have received confirmation of your suite reservation.
Rates and Occupancy
To receive the conference room rate, all hotel reservations must be made through the Housing Bureau. Hotel rate is listed above and online. Please note if you need accommodations for over three guests, contact customer service at [email protected]
Important Information
Please note that in addition to hotel room charges and VAT tax, the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun requires that a $7.00 per room, per day fee be charged for Housekeeping and $8.00 per person, roundtrip fee be charged for Bell Staffing.
Changes/Cancellations
Changes and cancellations to existing reservations may be made online or by contacting the Housing Bureau prior to 16 August. Any changes or cancellations after 16 August must be sent directly to the hotel. Please note that the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun will charge a one night's room and tax deposit (7) days prior to guest arrival. Should you cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to your arrival, the one night's room and tax deposit will be refunded accordingly. Please note that if you cancel your reservation outside of the 72 hour stipulation or your reservation is a no-show, the hotel will require another one night's room and tax deposit for a total of (2) nights and will be non-refundable.
Early Departure Fee
In the event you wish to checkout prior to your confirmed checkout date, the hotel may charge and early checkout fee. To avoid this fee, please be sure to advise the hotel of any changes in your length of stay before or during check-in.
